Today, the switch from stand alone to web-based software is a need, as it was the switch from DOS to Windows in the past. This is the future, which is becoming stronger each day and integrated in our daily business. We need constantly fast information exchange, reliable and up to date.
Web-based software is software which is used over the internet with a web browser. There is no need to make any installation using CDs, or downloading setups. Users don’t need to have specific PC performance, or will ever be forced to upgrade hardware. Only requirement is to have an updated version of web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. The availability is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It allows the ability to work anywhere at any time on all devices, which means great flexibility.
With having the application installed on a server, there is no need to worry about upgrades. This means that any new version or modification is installed one time as upgrade on a server and immediately available for all users, improving efficiency and productivity, and avoiding any kind of confusion. With this, the costs are reduced, because there is no need for hardware upgrades and no additional time spent from internal IT resources.
With traditional software, employees save data on their laptops, USB drives, or portable hard drives. Web-based software has backup which is today more than secure, because we use a combination of Cloud Service (our suggestion is Azure). Your data is backed up daily and our backups are stored in multiple locations for additional redundancy. You could say our backups have backups. The same approach is also for our source code. This means that your IT can stay focused on their daily tasks, because we handle the rest.
Granting (or denying) a new or existing employee access is easy, because everything is managed via web interface and all changes are real time applied. No need to wait for password confirmation, or to enable trial access for potential new clients. There are no more needs for capital investment to buy licenses for multiple individual desktops.
User Friendly Interface
Our design is easy to use, intuitive, which means it is enough to have basic browser experience, beside the knowledge about the product. We use the latest technology in our development process, and take care to customize the web interface according to the customer experience and knowledge from the market.
Combining Web Software with internal in house ERP systems
We are able to connect with any other in house information system, so our Clients can have always up-to-date data as for example price lists. No double work for retyping, or any possibility to make mistakes.
